- नर्मदापुरम ज़ोन में घटित अपराधों और उन पर नियंत्रण के लिए पुलिस द्वारा की जा रही कार्रवाई की ली जानकारी
- ज़ोन में अपराधों पर नियंत्रण और लंबित मामलों के शीघ्र निराकरण के दिए निर्देश

हाल ही में मध्यप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान जी द्वारा कानून व्यवस्था की समीक्षा बैठक में दिए गए दिशा-निर्देशों के आधार पर प्रदेशभर में कानून-व्यवस्था के सुदृढ़ीकरण और अपराधों पर नियंत्रण के लिए मप्र पुलिस निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। इसी अनुक्रम में डीजीपी श्री सुधीर सक्सेना ने नर्मदापुरम ज़ोन में घटित अपराधों, उन पर नियंत्रण के लिए पुलिस द्वारा की जा रही कार्रवाई और ज़ोन की कानून व्यवस्था की विस्तृत समीक्षा की। उन्होंने अपराधियों पर की जाने वाली प्रभावी कार्रवाई के संबंध में जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा कि नागरिकों की सुरक्षा सर्वोपरि है और शांति एवं कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखना हमारी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता हो।
समीक्षा बैठक में नर्मदापुरम ज़ोन के आईजी श्री इरशाद वली, डीआईजी श्री जगतसिंह राजपूत तथा नर्मदापुरम ज़ोन के अंतर्गत आने वाले रायसेन जिले के एसपी श्री विकास शाहवाल, नर्मदापुरम जिले के एसपी श्री गुरकरण सिंह, बैतूल जिले के एसपी श्री सिद्धार्थ चौधरी और हरदा जिले के एसपी श्री संजीव कुमार कंचन उपस्थित थे।
तीन वर्षों में हुए अपराधों की तुलनात्मक समीक्षा की
| डीजीपी श्री सक्सेना ने समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान नर्मदापुरम ज़ोन की संपूर्ण जानकारी लेने के साथ ही वर्ष 2021, वर्ष 2022 और वर्ष 2023 में अब तक हुए अपराधों और प्रतिबंधात्मक कार्यवाही की तुलनात्मक समीक्षा। उन्होंने इसी अवधि के दौरान माफिया के विरूद्ध की गई कार्यवाही और चिन्हित अपराधों में दोषसिद्धि / दोषमुक्ति की भी तुलनात्मक समीक्षा की । समीक्षा बैठक में डीजीपी श्री सक्सेना ने बलात्संग के प्रकरणों में 2 माह में चालान की स्थिति, एक वर्ष से अधिक लंबित अपराधों की स्थिति तथा वर्ष 2022 व वर्ष 2023 में 30 अप्रैल तक वारंटों की तामीली की स्थिति की भी जानकारी ली। उन्होंने माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के वारंटों की तामीली की स्थिति अलग से दर्शाए जाने के निर्देश दिए। |
मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देशानुसार नशे के खिलाफ करें सख्त करवाई
| बैठक में डीजीपी ने अधिकारियों से ज़ोन में सायबर क्राइम की स्थिति तथा उनकी विवेचना संबंधी उपलब्ध विशेषज्ञता की जानकारी ली साथ ही वर्ष 2022 व 2023 में नारकोटिक्स संबंधी कार्रवाई तथा नशामुक्ति की दिशा में किए गए कार्यों की समीक्षा की । साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि नशे का अवैध कारोबार करने वालों पर सख्त कार्रवाई करें। इस दौरान उन्होंने पुलिस कर्मियों के बच्चों की करियर काउंसलिंग व उनके लिए बनाए जा रहे लर्निंग सेंटरों की प्रगति, एक साल से अधिक लंबित विभागीय जांच की स्थिति और सीएम हेल्पलाइन के लंबित प्रकरणों की भी जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा कि सीएम हेल्पलाइन में आने वाली शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लें और उनका त्वरित संतुष्टिपूर्ण निराकरण करें। |
ज़ोन में पुलिस की उपलब्धियों और नवाचारों की भी ली जानकारी
| बैठक में डीजीपी श्री सक्सेना ने अधिकारियों से ज़ोन में पुलिस ने क्या उपलब्धियां हासिल की और क्या नवाचार किए गए, उन नवाचारों को पुलिस कर्मियों की कार्यक्षमता और आम जनमानस पर क्या प्रभाव हुआ, पुलिस के प्रस्तावित नवाचार क्या है आदि की भी जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा कि नवाचार जनहितैषी हो और उनसे पुलिस और जनता के मध्य विश्वास का संबंध कायम हो, इस बात का विशेष ध्यान रखें। डीजीपी ने नर्मदापुरम पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय की विभिन्न शाखाओं का भी निरिक्षण किया। |
लंबित मामलों के शीघ्र निपटारे के निर्देश
| डीजीपी श्री सुधीर सक्सेना ने पुलिस अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि किसी भी हालत में ज़ोन में अपराध पर नियंत्रण रहे। उन्होंने साइबर क्रिमिनलों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई कर उन्हें गिरफ्तार किए जाने के साथ ही पुलिस अधिकारियों को लोगों को साइबर क्राइम से बचने के लिए अपने स्तर से जागरूक करने के लिए भी निर्देशित किया। उन्होंने पुलिस अधिकारियों को लंबित मामलों का जल्द निपटारा करने के निर्देश दिए। |
महिला, बच्चों और अजा-जजा के साथ घटित अपराधों पर विशेष ध्यान केंद्रित करें : डीजीपी
| डीजीपी श्री सक्सेना ने महिलाओं और बच्चों के साथ घटित अपराधों के निराकरण पर विशेष जोर देने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि महिलाओं, बच्चों, अजा-जजा और कमजोर वर्ग की सुरक्षा मप्र पुलिस की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है और सभी पुलिस अधिकारी इनके साथ होने वाले अपराधों पर विशेष ध्यान केंद्रित करें। इनकी सुरक्षा के साथ अगर कोई खिलवाड़ करता पकड़ा जाए तो दोषियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की किए जाने के निर्देश दिए । उन्होंने कहा कि महिलाओं और बच्चों के साथ किसी भी तरह के दुर्व्यवहार को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। |
ज़ोन में शांति एवं कानून व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने के सख्त निर्देश
| समीक्षा बैठक में डीजीपी श्री सक्सेना ने कहा कि माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी सदैव कहते हैं कि मध्यप्रदेश शांति का टापू है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को ज़ोन में शांति और कानून व्यवस्था को और मजबूत किए जाने और अपराधियों पर सख्ती बरते जाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सायबर क्राइम के मामले इन दिनों काफी बढ़ रहे हैं, इसे ध्यान में रखते हुए सायबर क्राइम के खिलाफ जनता को जागरूक करने का भी कार्य करें। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि अपना ध्यान सिर्फ विवेचना और चालान बनाए जाने तक नहीं बल्कि अपराधियों को सज़ा दिलाए जाने तक केंद्रित करें। |
